How long does a typical change management engagement last?
Most of our change management strategy engagements run between 6-12 months. Implementation support, if included in the scope of work, is typically negotiated separately depending on the complexity and scale of the change. Some of our larger transformation programs have extended over 12 to 24 months with multi-phased delivery.
Do you follow a specific change management framework?
Our team includes Prosci-certified change management professionals, and we’re well-versed in all major frameworks including ADKAR, Kotter, and others. That said, we don’t force-fit a single methodology. We adapt our approach based on what will actually work within your culture, industry, and specific transformation goals.
How do you handle employee resistance to change?
Resistance usually signals a trust gap, not a people problem.
