Kath (she/her) is a people and culture practitioner who brings a thoughtful, data-driven approach to the people side of work at 18 Coffees.

She began her career leading consulting engagements across higher education and healthcare systems that spanned operations, sustainability, and capital planning—before channeling that operational instinct into purpose-driven, people-centered work: designing training programs, modernizing HR systems, and helping teams grow. She earned her MBA through Loyola University Chicago's Baumhart Center for Social Enterprise and Responsibility, deepening a commitment to social impact that shapes how she partners with organizations today.

Now, with 18 Coffees, she focuses on HR project management, helping organizations navigate change and elevate the employee experience. She loves the details most people overlook—and the difference they make when they're done right.
