Holley (she/her) draws her passion for driving creative and impactful change from seeing what’s possible in the most challenging of circumstances. Prior to her work with 18 Coffees, Holley spent 10 years working as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Chicago’s health and hospital systems/Emergency and Trauma Departments. She brought her knowledge of and excitement for mental health advocacy as a Strategy Consultant with DC Metro area based academic enrichment non profit, Higher Achievement, where she built out mental health services into existing programming.

Her experience includes program management, new employee recruitment and mentorship, and developing and executing systemic changes to programs, processes and care.

Holley earned her MBA with emphasis on Social Impact from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.
