Event Details

At 18 Coffees, we celebrate Pride any chance we get. On Tuesday, August 25, we’re partnering up with MVFitness to give you a full-body, high energy, virtual dance workout extravaganza designed to strengthen your body and build confidence all to the tune of your favorite pop songs.

This 50-minute workout features easy to follow, high-intensity dance moves that target every muscle in your body. During the last 20 minutes of class, you’ll learn an iconic music video combination -- perfect for any post-quarantine parties. No dance experience required, and you can choose whether to keep your camera on or off.  All proceeds will be donated to The Trevor Project, the leading national organization providing crisis intervention and suicide prevention services to young LGBTQ people.

You Betta Werk..out is priced similar to a Classpass workout, but you’ll be able to enjoy this really fun class from the comfort of your own home (with friends!) and will benefit a great cause. So tell your friends, family, and neighbors and get ready to werkout! Community Partners will receive exclusive access by typing in the promo code: WerkCP

About MVFitness

Empowering. Energy-inducing.  Electric.  MVFitness is a full-body cardio dance workout designed to strengthen your body and your mind.  Remember that song you loved dancing to in high school?  Yeah, we’ll play that.  And the one you turn up every time it comes onto your playlist?  We have a routine for that, too.  Easy to follow and always high-energy, MVFitness classes will have you unleashing your inner pop star as you let go of your stress and let loose on the dance floor. Less than an hour in the studio can change your entire day.

So get moving.  Get Stronger.  And leave feelin’ good as hell.
