About Dr. Danielle Tomson

Danielle Lee Tomson, PhD, is a writer, researcher, and strategist. She is working on a book about right-wing social media influencers based on her doctoral dissertation, which was an offline ethnographic study she started during the first Trump presidency. Currently, Tomson is the research manager at the Center for an Informed Public at the University of Washington. Her writing and work has been featured in The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, Bloomberg, Fox News, Science, Brookings, POLITICO, NPR, and more.
