In anticipation of Letter to an Elder Day, join us on Tuesday, Feb 16, for a virtual get-together to craft letters for elders across the globe. These messages of hope, love, and encouragement will support the organization, Love For Our Elders, and its mission to fight loneliness in senior communities, especially during the pandemic. We’ll mail kits with craft and postage supplies to the first 20 Community Partners who RSVP by Feb 8.
Join us via Zoom to share stories with your 18C friends, get creative, and send love during this difficult time.
How it works:
RSVP by Tuesday, Feb 8 to receive a personal kit with letter supplies and postage
Didn't make the registration deadline? No worries, you can still participate using any materials you have at home!
Bring out all your craft supplies ahead of the virtual get-together: colored markers, construction paper, stickers, stencils, etc.
Tune in for further instructions and a craft session with friends during the virtual get-together on Tuesday, Feb 16.
Place every letter in an envelope, unsealed and unstamped. Collect them all in one large envelope to be sent to Love For Our Elders HQ.
