Exploring the Future of Hybrid Work

As we creep toward post-pandemic life, there’s one question on everyone’s mind: will hybrid work last? To find an answer, 18 Coffees hosted a collaborative conversation between employee engagement experts Suzanne Mehta of Cushman & Wakefield, Chester Lantin of Walker Sands, and Ashley Zak of WPP.

While each panelist’s company is handling remote and hybrid work a bit differently, everyone quickly agreed that one-size-fits-all models don’t work. The thing employees are really after is the flexibility to decide what work model works best for themselves, their families, and their way of life.
