Measuring impact with the Obama Foundation

Project Overview: Over a period of three months, Chicago-based Obama Foundation enlisted 18 Coffees to build a framework that measures the impact generated by the Obama Presidential Center and it’s five-year strategic plan. A team of 18 Coffees Community Partners led research, stakeholder interviews, data analysis and workshop facilitation to deliver strategic recommendations for the organization’s priority initiatives.
