About Your Trainer:
Radwa Wahba (she/her) is an experienced strategic planner with a demonstrated history working at the intersection of change management and social innovation. With extensive program management and leadership experience, she has partnered with organizations such as the Saudi Arabian Cultural Mission, United Way Worldwide, the Kuwait America Foundation, and Renfro Corporation to create transformational programs centered around collective impact, empathetic leadership, and inclusive, regenerative systems & solutions.
About 18 Coffees’ Learning Series:
We’re introducing a new learning experience designed to fast track your personal and professional growth. Every month, we’ll host a learning workshop taught by skilled practitioners and industry leaders that will explore topics like digital engagement, empathetic leadership, DEI leadership, and more. All workshops are structured as 90-minute virtual classes that will challenge you to think in new ways around familiar topics, introduce you to new subjects and skill sets, and allow you to learn alongside professional peers outside of your current industry. These learning experiences are designed exclusively for Community Partners and will consist of a facilitated presentation and discussion, hands-on exercises, and resources for continued learning.
