Change Management & Leadership Training

Pandora’s Training and Enablement team enlisted 18 Coffees to develop a series of training sessions to help its employees facing multiple change challenges: merging companies, remote work adjustments in the face of COVID-19, shifts in workflows, and more. What initially began as an annual training series dedicated to its Client Service People Leaders expanded into a series of workshops and trainings spanning several departments within SXM Media to increase organization-wide success.

Our Impact

  • 18 Coffees worked with the Pandora Training and Enablement (TEN) team across departments to improve annual employee training sessions in the face of internal change.

    People Leaders were given training in empathy and communications skills, and practical tools they could use in their everyday work to lead their teams.

  • 18 Coffees crafted several training and learning modules tailored specifically to the needs of People Leaders and Individual Contributors across SXM Media, including a series on “Navigating Change,” “Managing Stressed Out Teams,” and “Communicating Up, Down, and Across.”

    36 managers, directors, and VP-level Client Success team members were brought through a series of five hands-on exercises that culminated in a vision capstone presentation.

  • 18 Coffees developed customized training modules for the Pandora team, with module topics spanning Growth Mindset to Cultivating Empathy.

    Feedback from the sessions confirmed a +20% increase in training satisfaction from participants.
