As we look ahead to 2022, we wanted to extend our sincerest thanks to our Community Partners. Because of you, we made it through the past year with our optimism intact and incredibly proud of the work we accomplished together.

  • We launched Pocket Change with notes on disruption from our co-founder Caleb Gardner.

  • We expanded Community Partnership, adding new members and eliminating membership fees to lessen barriers to entry to our community. 

  • We welcomed Jess and Eleni to the 18 Coffees team.

  • Our Community Partners sent 91,488 Slack messages, staying connected during pro bono projects with organizations like the Obama Foundation and GivingTuesday. 

  • We hosted conversations discussing DEI and ESG with industry leaders, and partnered with Breakout Foundation for its Future Of series. 

  • And last, but certainly not least, we worked with incredible clients we love, partnering to build more ethical and inclusive organizations and helping Client Service teams thrive during organizational change.

Thanks again for playing such a big part in our community. We’re ready to take on 2022!
